We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.  There is a 20% restocking fee on ALL orders and preorders cancelled or returned.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Factory sealed cases cannot be returned once opened.

Customers residing in Brazil purchasing apparel, Printful does not refund orders for buyer’s remorse.  Customers residing in Brazil and regretting a purchase must contact Printful's Customer Service and express their will to return the item within 7 consecutive days after receiving it, providing a picture of the item. The withdrawal request will undergo an evaluation to verify whether the product was used or destroyed, even if partial. In these cases, a refund will not be possible.

To start a return, you can contact us at unrivaledusa@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

In lieu of the 20% restocking fee, we will welcome requests for exchanges so long as the inventory levels of the item/s can support the request. 

Your original order value will be used as in-store credit.  For exchange requests that is more than the value of your original order, a supplemental invoice will be sent to you.  For exchange requests that is less than the value of your original order, you will receive a discount code for the difference. 


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

On factory sealed cases, we do not represent the condition of the cars or cards and will not accept a return for cracked or damaged blisters or cards.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items, apparel, or gift cards.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,

therefore Printful reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
